UKRAINIAN POLISH COOPERATION IN THE SPHERE OF PUBLIC HEALTH

The International scientific practical conference “Modern challenges for public health. Poland-2016”, organized by Polish society of social medicine and public health, took place on 4, June, 2016.
Over 200 leading scientists in the sphere of social medicine and public health from 7 countries all over the world took part in the scientific forum.
Ukraine was represented by heads at departments of social medicine and health care organization from O.O. Bogomolets National medical university (professor Gruzeva T.S.), Danylo Galytskyy Lviv national medical university (professor Liubinets O.V.), Ivano-Frankivsk national medical university (professor Detsyk O.Z.) and director of medical institute at Sumy state university (professor Smiyanov V.A.).
The program of International conference anticipated 2 panel discussions and 7 section meetings. The first deputy minister of health care of Poland Yaroslav Pinkas, who told about the main provisions of “National program “Health”, took part in the work of the forum.
The managers, leading scientists on issues of social medicine and public health, teachers at medical universities from all regions of Poland and other countries took part in discussion.
Professor Gruzeva T.S. together with professor I. Markushevskyy from Warsaw moderated the meeting of section No 1: “International problems of public health”. The scientific school of social medicine of O.O. Bogomolets NMU presented 5 reports, which caused to significant interest. The theses of reports were published in collection of scientific works by the conference.
During communication at panel discussions and section meetings they achieved the agreements about further cooperation of specialists from scientific schools in different countries, about performance of joint scientific researches and about publication of scientific works in international chronicles.
