ABOUT PERFORMANCE OF THE I STAGE IN ALL-UKRAINIAN STUDENTS’ OLYMPIAD IN SOCIAL MEDICINE
All participants in the 1st stage of USO made good work of the tasks, and three most successful students will be recommended to the 2nd stage of Olympiad.
The following persons made speeches to the participants in the 1st stage of USO: head at department, professor T.S. Gruzeva, professors and assistant professors, as well as the newly elected Chairman in A.O. Kysil students’ scientific society, student S.I. Nikolayenko.
All participants in the 1st stage of USO were awarded with the copy of Eastern European journal of public health for 2015 with publications of materials by WHO, WHO ERB, scientific articles on social medical topics.

According to the order from MES of Ukraine No 1247, dd. 27, November, 2015 and pursuant to the order from O.O. Bogomolets NMU No 908, dd. 18, December, 2015 the department for organization of health care and social medicine on 12, February, 2016 performed the 1st stage in all-Ukrainian students’ Olympiad (USO) in academic discipline “social medicine and organization of health care” among students of medical (pharmaceutical) and classical universities.
The participants in the 1st stage of USO were 13 students, who have the excellent and good marks in academic discipline, are members in club and dream to associate their future professional fate with the organization of health care and management. Among those ones, who competed for the right to represent O.O. Bogomolets NMU in the 2nd stage of USO, there were the students of IV-VI courses, representatives from medical faculties No 1, 2 and 4, and mainly females.
The tasks of the 1st stage in USO anticipated the tests, situational tasks and creative task in preparation of visual material in relation to the topic of World Health Day 2016. The authoritative jury performed the assessment for solution of tasks from theoretical and practical direction by students, as well as the results from creative contest.
